Today also we were in the library hall of Mary Nilayam School for 9 to 10.15 am.


Then we observed some classes taken by the teachers there.

Monitha and me observed the maths class for 10th standard. The class was about the surface area, volume of cubes, cylinders etc.

It was a new experience... I listened the teacher as well as the students. I  could see how an experienced teacher can manage students of various backgrounds, various interests, various abilities ...I remembered my school days, my teachers and my friends😍😊😘...Gone away are those golden days...Thank God for those extra beautiful school days...

Then we visited the smart room in the school, the auditorium and the labs.




 Then Monitha and me visited the first standard and observed their class. I think that was the    most beautiful moment I got at Mary Nilayam.
        It was like a paradise, with some little angels and full of joy❤. They were so much active.  They sung beautiful songs, told some stories, draw pictures   ..
Their presence itself made the class energetic and attractive.
I liked the ways the little children used to get out of the class and the way  by which the teacher managed them❤.
During the class, one boy took his bag and tried to go out of the class by saying his teacher 'good bye , teacher , my  pappa arrived to pick me'. Then the teacher picked his bag and keep it in the shelf..
The boy who sit beside me told a horror story and I appreciated him. Then he asked me 'do you feared?'. Then I replied 'Yes.. Yes... Ofcourse...' Then he became happy and I also felt an extraordinary happiness. ❤😘.
I felt proud of my mind , its ability to feel happy for the little things I have❤.
Yes... Little things make me happy😊😘

I also observed a girl who remained so sad throughout the class. I asked her the reason.
But she was still silent .I feel sad on her.

I could really understand the effect of a teacher in developing various skills in little children and I realized how teachers become nation builders ❤. About 12.15 pm, we left the class ..But still... They all are in my hearts❤😍. I wished I were with them....

Day 15

I reached the school by 9am and marked the attendance. We were in morning discipline duty upto 9.30. As usual we had prayer at 9.30. In first period, I engaged in my works. In second period. In 3rd period, I went to 8C along with Amalu. She was teaching how to draw perpendicular bisector of a line. It was a disciplined and meaningful class. In 4th period, I was in 8C with Nithin Shaji. He was teaching how to seperate petrol from crude oil. Then he cleared the doubts of students and later taught about pure substances and mixtures. Day 21 @ Aakkulam

  I reached the school by 9 am. I went to second floor for morning discipline duty.  Nithin Shaji and me were assigned to visit The Southern Air Command @ Aakkulam along with some of the selected students of+2. The principal gave us necessary instructions. We along with the 20 students started our journey by 10 am in the school bus. There were so many securities in front of the institution. Mobile phones were not allowed. So we kept the mobile phones in our bus and entered after completing the security checking. As we entered,the officers there gave us necessary instructions in Hindi , English and Malayalam language. We got a very disciplined atmosphere there. Students walked in lines according to their command. Students from 8 schools were there in total. At first they gave us a warm welcome and a very nice refreshment. Day 5

        I reached the school 🏫 by 9 am and marked the attendance. We started the day with a prayer. In the first period, I was preparing for my class. In the second period, I went to 8C along with Amalu. She was teaching Equal triangles 📐 there. The students were so noisy so that Amalu tried  her best to keep the class disciplined. Later our leader Parvathi distributed some duties given by the Headmaster. We want to create an അക്ഷരമരം as a part of the reading week celebrations.  Also we have to conduct some programs related to International Yoga Day- June 21. I get the duty to explain the benefits of Pathmasana when Parvathi taught them Pathmasana. Also we want to conduct an anti-drug program. On July 1 (Doctor's day) , we have to conduct a talk by a doctor.           We discussed about our duties. In 5th period, Arya from Natural science and me went to 9D for substitution.
