Day 7

I reached the school by 8.45 am. We engaged in the creation of അക്ഷരമരം 🌲.About 9.30, it was completed. The teachers and students of the school 🏫 visited our Aksharamaram.

In first period, I was preparing for my class.

 In second period, I had class in 9B. I taught them how to find the decimal form of sum of fractions in two different ways. Asha teacher was in the class. Teacher checked whether the students are doing problems or not.

I collected the notebooks 📚 of some students. And I was correcting the notebooks in the 3rd and 4th periods.

In 4th period, Deepthi teacher came for observing Amalu's class. Then teacher interacted with the students and signed our lesson plans. Then we showed our Aksharamaram to teacher and we took some photos along with the Headmaster and Jojumon Sir.



Afternoon, Joju Sir and Deepthi teacher came for observation. Both of them interacted with us.

 Arya, Austin, Nithin Shaji, Amalu and me went to Mar Ivanios College along with the students. It was a Herculean task to bring our naughty students there with discipline. There was a large ഞാവൽ മരം. All of us wished if we could get some ഞാവൽപ്പഴം . There was a pustakamela. So many books were sold at 30 percentage discount. Also the students were allowed to visit the library. It was a huge library with so many rare books. Later they provided lime juice and fruity to us. It made the students energetic. We returned to school by 3pm.

 Anu Roy and me had evening duty. I had duty near the footpath. We left the school by 3.45 pm .

Day 15

I reached the school by 9am and marked the attendance. We were in morning discipline duty upto 9.30. As usual we had prayer at 9.30. In first period, I engaged in my works. In second period. In 3rd period, I went to 8C along with Amalu. She was teaching how to draw perpendicular bisector of a line. It was a disciplined and meaningful class. In 4th period, I was in 8C with Nithin Shaji. He was teaching how to seperate petrol from crude oil. Then he cleared the doubts of students and later taught about pure substances and mixtures. His class was value oriented and he kept the class disciplined.   In 5th period, Megha and me went to 9B for substitution. As it was their PT period, they were not ready to study. As their noise increased beyond limits, Megha asked them to study what she taught and she asked questions to them. Some of the students answered correctly and the others not. Day 21 @ Aakkulam

  I reached the school by 9 am. I went to second floor for morning discipline duty.  Nithin Shaji and me were assigned to visit The Southern Air Command @ Aakkulam along with some of the selected students of+2. The principal gave us necessary instructions. We along with the 20 students started our journey by 10 am in the school bus. There were so many securities in front of the institution. Mobile phones were not allowed. So we kept the mobile phones in our bus and entered after completing the security checking. As we entered,the officers there gave us necessary instructions in Hindi , English and Malayalam language. We got a very disciplined atmosphere there. Students walked in lines according to their command. Students from 8 schools were there in total. At first they gave us a warm welcome and a very nice refreshment. Day 5

        I reached the school 🏫 by 9 am and marked the attendance. We started the day with a prayer. In the first period, I was preparing for my class. In the second period, I went to 8C along with Amalu. She was teaching Equal triangles 📐 there. The students were so noisy so that Amalu tried  her best to keep the class disciplined. Later our leader Parvathi distributed some duties given by the Headmaster. We want to create an അക്ഷരമരം as a part of the reading week celebrations.  Also we have to conduct some programs related to International Yoga Day- June 21. I get the duty to explain the benefits of Pathmasana when Parvathi taught them Pathmasana. Also we want to conduct an anti-drug program.
