Day 21 @ Aakkulam

 I reached the school by 9 am. I went to second floor for morning discipline duty.

 Nithin Shaji and me were assigned to visit The Southern Air Command @ Aakkulam along with some of the selected students of+2. The principal gave us necessary instructions. We along with the 20 students started our journey by 10 am in the school bus.

There were so many securities in front of the institution. Mobile phones were not allowed. So we kept the mobile phones in our bus and entered after completing the security checking.

As we entered,the officers there gave us necessary instructions in Hindi , English and Malayalam language. We got a very disciplined atmosphere there. Students walked in lines according to their command. Students from 8 schools were there in total.

At first they gave us a warm welcome and a very nice refreshment. Then we were directed to the auditorium. The seats were arranged for each school 🏫. Then they showed a motivational video about Indian Air Force. All of us feel proud of our Indian Air force. The video showed the activities they had done during the flood of 2018 and other calamities. All of us were really a motivated.

Later, Hari sir gave a talk on his life as a commanding officer in Indian Air ✈️ force. He explained the struggles he had faced in his journey as well as the respect he got in any corner of the world 🌎 when he is in his uniform. He explained how to become an officer in Air force and the various ranks in Air force, their salary, allowances etc. Many students asked their doubts regarding their future and he cleared all of them🎈🎉🥰💖.

Then a quiz was conducted on the video 📸 shown. 2 students from each school 🏫 was selected for the quiz. And it was a nice experience.When a question ❓ was given as Audience paul, I could answer it and I got a Keychain as gift 🎁.

Then we were allowed to visit the helepad and some instruments like radar. They gave clear idea about the working of those instruments and cleared the doubts of students.

As the time was over, we returned by 3pm. We couldn't visit the Air force museum there. That was a disappointment for us. Each one of us felt that we were so lucky to have such a great opportunity. Thank God 🙏💖😍 for this amazing opportunity.

This is an unforgettable day in my life.

Day 15

I reached the school by 9am and marked the attendance. We were in morning discipline duty upto 9.30. As usual we had prayer at 9.30. In first period, I engaged in my works. In second period. In 3rd period, I went to 8C along with Amalu. She was teaching how to draw perpendicular bisector of a line. It was a disciplined and meaningful class. In 4th period, I was in 8C with Nithin Shaji. He was teaching how to seperate petrol from crude oil. Then he cleared the doubts of students and later taught about pure substances and mixtures. His class was value oriented and he kept the class disciplined.   In 5th period, Megha and me went to 9B for substitution. As it was their PT period, they were not ready to study. Day 5

        I reached the school 🏫 by 9 am and marked the attendance. We started the day with a prayer. In the first period, I was preparing for my class. In the second period, I went to 8C along with Amalu. She was teaching Equal triangles 📐 there. The students were so noisy so that Amalu tried  her best to keep the class disciplined. Later our leader Parvathi distributed some duties given by the Headmaster. We want to create an അക്ഷരമരം as a part of the reading week celebrations.  Also we have to conduct some programs related to International Yoga Day- June 21. I get the duty to explain the benefits of Pathmasana when Parvathi taught them Pathmasana. Also we want to conduct an anti-drug program. On July 1 (Doctor's day) , we have to conduct a talk by a doctor.           We discussed about our duties. In 5th period, Arya from Natural science and me went to 9D for substitution.
